Free Goddess Wisdom Series Online Workshop
This 90-minute workshop explores Hecate Enodia, the guardian of thresholds and roads, whose worship flourished in northern Greece and Thessaly. Unlike the later and more familiar images of Hekate as a witch goddess or triple form, Enodia embodies movement, passage, and protection, the divine presence at every crossing, gate, and household doorway.
As the days shorten and the year moves toward winter, November marks a time of transition, a moment between light and darkness. Within this seasonal liminality, we turn to Enodia’s ancient role as guide and witness to those standing at personal or spiritual crossroads. Together we will look at her archaeological and textual traces, discuss her meaning in the civic and domestic spheres, and reflect on what it means to stand “at the threshold” in…
